Vendors require prior authorization before parking on campus. ¶¶Òõ̽̽ personnel in charge of the project must first email parking@uvm.edu with the following information:
- Company Name
- Company Contact Name/Email
- Quantity of Permits Requested
- Description of Service
- Location of Service
- Project Date(s)
- ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Department
- Department Representative
- Chartstring if department is paying; indicate if the vendor/contractor is paying
After authorization, the vendor may then reach out via email or in person at our Marsh Hall office during business hours. If reaching out via email, please reference the company and project name in the subject line.
Please note that each permit allows only one vehicle to park on campus at a time. If ¶¶Òõ̽̽ has agreed to pay for the permit(s), the vendor must provide all vehicle information listed below:
- Vehicle Make/Model/Color
- Vehicle Type: EV/Gas/Hybrid
- License Plate Number/State
If the vendor is paying, our team will provide instructions for setting up and paying for your permit online.
Vendors with operations on-campus that require staffing either by university employees or other ¶¶Òõ̽̽ affiliates would be subject to the same guidelines and procedures that apply to all campus parking.
