Transportation
TPS operates a fleet of buses and smaller vehicles and an in-house auto repair shop. Our professional staff emphasizes safety and a service footprint characterized by wide service hours. The transportation team is responsible for route scheduling and all aspects of service.
Transportation and Parking Services Vision Statement
¶¶Òõ̽̽'s Transportation and Parking Services is committed to environmental innovation. This commitment inspires us to manage the load on our transportation and parking resources. We promote a holistic view of the intertwining nature of the ¶¶Òõ̽̽ transportation system, the surrounding transportation systems, and parking. It is our hope that when parking demand is well-managed and supplemented by high-quality, sustainable and available transportation resources, then the organization will be free to make the shrewdest investments in land-use and create the highest quality of life for its members. The Department of Transportation and Parking Services is largely self-supported through user fees and revenues generated from operating the ¶¶Òõ̽̽ transportation and parking system.
Parking
TPS manages 5,200 spaces in 45 lots across ¶¶Òõ̽̽'s 451-acre campus. The Customer Service Supervisor manages permit sales and service. The Enforcement Supervisor manages field operations including enforcement, motorist assistance, and traffic control during special events.

Sustainable and Alternative Transportation
TPS services to students, employees and visitors vary from the level of regional transportation to the development and promotion of a robust set of commuting resources. Growing participation in alternative transportation helps ¶¶Òõ̽̽ improve the quality of life on campus and in the community.
