Summer Conference Assistant

Body

Summer Conference Assistants work between mid-May and mid-August. They are responsible for front-line guest relations in campus housing related to the following areas: Front Desk Operations; Guest Room Preparation; Inventory Control; Administrative Duties; and other duties as assigned. Ability to live on campus throughout the duration of employment and be certified to drive ¶¶Òõ̽̽ vehicles is required. In addition to receiving a competitive hourly compensation, students selected as Summer Conference Assistants receive free housing during the summer.

Event Production Assistant

Body

The Event Production Assistant is a vital member of the Campus Production Team assisting with delivery, set-up, onsite client support, breakdown, and storage for a variety of indoor and outdoor campus events (e.g. meetings, concerts, lectures, ceremonies, and conferences). Reporting to the Production & Technical Manager or assigned team member (Production Specialist or Student Lead); our team sets up tables, chairs, stage, multimedia and other event related inventory. These students will interact directly with clients and presenters on a regular basis, requiring outstanding customer service skills.
