Lindsey Bouzan (she/her) is currently the CDAE Grad Programs Coordinator at ¶¶Òõ̽̽, where she also pursues an M.S. in Community Development and Applied Economics. With approximately 10 years of experience in higher education, international development and nonprofit management, Lindsey is committed to leveraging her cross-disciplinary background to ensure that graduate students in the CDAE MS, MPA, CRP, and Sustainable Development PhD programs receive the guidance and resources they need to thrive.
Her research focuses on environmental diplomacy, exploring how regional cooperation in political divided areas (PDAs) catalyzes various forms of peace through lenses of Network Theory, cultural meaning-making, and social psychology, particularly in how communities find hope in the face of climate change.
Previously, Lindsey worked as an Academic Advisor in the Grossman School of Business at ¶¶Òõ̽̽. She has also served as the Professional Development Chair for NECBAC, an organization dedicated to spearheading PD initiatives for BIPOC institutional members and multicultural students. Lindsey holds a certificate of completion in Training Active Bystanders (TAB) from Quabbin Mediation Group, is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and is a BetterUp Certified Coach.
When not working or researching, Lindsey enjoys exploring the many coffee shops found around town, reading, teaching yoga, and hanging out with her dog, Kashi.
