About the Grossman Dean's Cup
The Grossman Dean's Cup (GDC) is Grossman School of Business's (GSB) very own case competition that is open to all University of Vermont (̽̽) undergraduate students. GDC provides teams of 2-4 students with all backgrounds and levels of experience the chance to apply their analytics skills outside the classroom, make strong connections with ̽̽ faculty, alumni and business leaders, practice presentation skills, and have fun! It’s also a chance for students to prepare for larger case competitions against other schools from around the world.
This in-person competition consists of two rounds held over a single day. Not only is the cup up for grabs, but students will also be competing for cash prizes, networking opportunities, and limited edition Grossman merchandise!

- “It was so fun to share our hard work with the judges and to have to think on our feet when the judges asked us questions about our recommendation. This helps us take what we’ve learned in the classroom and apply it to a real-time business situation.” (2019)
