Staff (Full-Time)
Communications Manager
Lead the communications and marketing strategy and activities that raise awareness and strengthen the brand of the Grossman School of Business (GSB). Provide guidance, coordination, and leadership for a team of communications professionals for the Dean’s Office and the school’s programs and centers to ensure alignment of messaging and brand within the school and with the university. Oversee GSB marketing and communications budgets for the school’s programs and centers. Serve as lead and oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of content in digital and print media for internal and external audiences. Serve as the School’s webmaster and social media manager. Supervise, coordinate, guide, and mentor two communications positions as well as student interns. Ensure an on-going, two-way exchange of timely information between GSB and ̽̽ Strategic Communications through regular interactions; participate as an active member of a university-wide network of communications and marketing professionals.
Employer Engagement Professional
Grow relationships with employers and alumni to increase employer engagement and enhance student career opportunities. Implement strategies and programming goals to ensure Grossman School of Business (GSB) students have broad exposure to potential career opportunities within and outside Vermont. Drive initiatives to provide integrated work-based learning opportunities aligned with academic degree plans. Collaborate with the GSB Center for Student Success (CSS) for student work-integrated placements. Coordinate messaging related to work-integrated activities, outcomes, and experiences, and execute marketing and communications activities. Serve as external liaison and outreach for employer relationships.
Event Support Coordinator
Provide coordination and administrative support for programs and events within the Grossman School of Business (GSB). Provide hands-on support before, after, and during events. Supervise event team of student employees, including training, scheduling, and time approvals. Manage event supply inventory. Coordinate all contract agreements associated with programs and events, including bid evaluations, final cost estimates, cost reconciliations, and special requests/arrangements. Develop and monitor event budgets. Coordinate student travel arrangements related to experiential programs. Create digital and physical event-related assets.

Serve as the first point of contact and resource within the Grossman School of Business (GSB) Center for Student Success (CSS). Effectively assist students, faculty, staff, alumni, employers, and the public, and help foster a positive, inclusive, and accessible environment. Perform office and records management, front-line student support, information dissemination, scheduling, and digital operations. Oversee CSS office supply inventory.
