MCAT Prep

Entrance Exams

The MCAT is a critical component of your application to medical school.  Preparing requires a significant investment of time and resources (3 - 6 months) - plan accordingly.

The MCAT should ideally be taken soon after completing the courses whose content are included on the exam. For those planning to incorporate one to two growth years before starting medical school, the ideal MCAT timing is in the summer between junior and senior years, if the relevant courses are completed by then.
