Karena Nguyen grew up in Union City, CA. She graduated from Brown University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in biology. Karena is passionate about care for underserved populations and climate resilience. Within the ambassador program, she works with Look at Larner and loves sharing her experiences as part of the Connecticut campus. Outside of ambassador work, she is a Fellow for the Vermont Health Equity Initiative and a proud Special Olympics coach.
