The Office of International Education (OIE) supports ¶¶Òõ̽̽ departments planning to hire foreign national faculty and staff or host visiting scholars and short-term visiting students who are not enrolled in academic programs. The OIE handles the issuance of immigration documents for visiting scholars and students, submits non-immigrant petitions to the US government on behalf of the university for employees, and provides guidance on the immigration processes related to these statuses.
