Abraham A. Awolich  is a PhD student in Sustainable Development, Policy, Economy, and Governance with a special focus on governance and community resilience. Awolich was born in South Sudan and lived in refugee camps in Ethiopia and Kenya before migrating to the United States where he attended ¶¶Òõ̽̽ and Syracuse University. Before returning to the ¶¶Òõ̽̽, Awolich was the Managing Director of the Sudd Institute, the only ranked think tank in South Sudan. Awolich is a cofounder of the People's Coalition for Civic Action (PCCA).
