Our Inclusive Excellence Action Plan
As one of the largest and most diverse units on campus, the Division of Finance & Administration (DFA) has developed a robust 5-year Inclusive Action Plan (pdf) after extensive data gathering and analysis.
As part of our Action Plan, we have developed a Steering Committee, chaired by the Vice President for Finance and Administration and includes the DFA Senior Leaders. The Steering Committee is accountable for attaining the division's inclusive excellence goals and is responsible for supporting 3 Action Committees in their tasks of identifying measures, resources and timelines for their assigned goals.
