Please use this form to request a change to a previously accepted or declined loan.

Please note the following:

  • You have the option to submit up to 2 separate loan change requests on this form. If you would like to submit more than 2 adjustments, you will need to complete this form again.
  • You will be notified by email (send to your ¶¶Òõ̽̽ email address) when your award has been revised, or if we cannot process your request, within 3 business days.
  • Any outstanding requirements must be completed before your loan can be processed. Please monitor your my¶¶Òõ̽̽ portal and email account for notification of any additional requirements.
  • Disbursement of the loan may take a minimum of 5 days and will happen no earlier than 10 days before classes begin for the semester to which the loan applies.
