Match Day will be held in the Hoehl Gallery at the Larner College of Medicine. Students participating in Match Day should meet at the lobby outside of the Sullivan Classroom at 11:00 A.M. on March 21st. 

Members of the Class of 2025 have several options for how to participate in Match Day:

• Open your envelope on stage and announce your match over the microphone.
• Open your envelope privately (not on stage) and return to the stage later to share your news.
  • You may have someone come on stage with you to announce your match if desired.
• Take your envelope and open it privately.
• Receive your envelope from the Office of Medical Education after the event is over at 1pm.

After all members of the Class of 2025 have announced they are invited to place a pin in the “Match Map”, a tradition at the Larner College of Medicine. There will also be signs that say “I Matched In ________ at _________” for those who wish to celebrate and take a photo. The map and signs will be located in front of the Office of Medical Education in the Given Courtyard.

Parking

Parking for Match Day guests will be available in the . Anyone parking in Gutterson without a valid ����̽̽ parking permit MUST pay to park via Park Mobile app, using zone 8001. It is highly recommended that guests download the Park Mobile app before arriving on campus. . Additional information about a shuttle to the College of Medicine from Gutterson will be shared soon. 

Watching Match Day

Match Day will take place in the Hoehl Gallery at the College of Medicine. Overflow seating with livestream viewing will be available in the Sullivan Classroom in the Medical Education Building.
