Established in 2014, and held annually as part of ¶¶Òõ̽̽'s commemorations, the Martin Luther King Health Equity Lecture aims to present a fuller history of the fight to address health disparities in the United States.

Taking place during Women’s History Month in March, the Celebration of Gender Equity and the Annual Gender Equity Awards and Lecture honors the achievements and contributions of women and gender diverse individuals.
