Early vocal music has always been a wonderful niche for the Lane Series – perhaps because it sounds so glorious in our hall. Formed in Cambridge in 2014, the Gesualdo Six is an award-winning British ensemble, directed by Owain Park, comprising some of the UK’s finest consort singers. Their voices blend with uncanny precision and beauty, and they are in demand at renowned venues including Wigmore Hall, Miller Theatre, the Sydney Opera House, and the legendary BBC Proms.
