The Institute for Agroecology's Agroecology Learning Community (ALC) Fellowship Program is a leadership and agroecology enrichment program that provides undergraduate ¶¶Òõ̽̽ students the opportunity to connect with and learn from members of the IFA’s research community, develop their skills as peer leaders, and contribute to an on-going Participatory Action Research (PAR) process with a select group of Vermont farmers.

About the Program

The ALC Fellowship Program offers a comprehensive, year-long experience beginning in the spring semester, focusing on agroecology and environmental leadership. Fellows play pivotal roles as peer leaders and research coordinators for PSS 3120 Advanced Agroecology, earning a total of 3-4 credits throughout the program (1 credit in spring and 2-3 credits in fall).

Who is Eligible?

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Open to all students passionate about agroecology, sustainable leadership, and environmental stewardship.

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Applicants must have completed or plan to enroll in Advanced Agroecology PSS 3210 during the fall semester.
