Rachel Charash (She/Her) is an intern at Counseling and Psychiatry Services (CAPS). Rachel is currently in her last year at the Master’s in Clinical Counseling program at Saint Michael’s College. Rachel has previously worked at Howard’s Center Act1/Bridge and Assist programs and completed her practicum at Therapeutic Works Incorporated in Burlington. Rachel’s professional interests include identity development, the mind-body relationship, substance misuse, stress management, and values work.
