BIO

Mary Heininger (she/her) is a staff counselor at CAPS Jacob's House. Mary earned her MS in Mental Health and School Counseling at ¶¶Òõ̽̽. She is a licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and has lincensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Mary attended the College of Wooster in OH, majoring in Art History.  Prior to her counseling career, she worked at ¶¶Òõ̽̽'s Ctr for Cultural Pluralism focusing on the issues of intersections of cultural identities and social justice at ¶¶Òõ̽̽ and beyond. Mary works to create a safe space to explore and discover one's own self, at one's best, every day. She is a member of the White Mountain Apache tribe and Kiowa Nation.
