She earned her master's degree in Nursing at Simmons College, and her bachelor's degree in Health Policy and Management at Providence College. Prior to moving to Vermont, Colleen lived and worked in Boston in Community Health and Primary Care. Professional interests include women's health and adolescent medicine.
