Tammy is a Central Region Family Resources Consultant for the Vermont I-Team and I-Team Early Intervention Projects at the ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Center on Disability & Community Inclusion. She brings more than 20 years of experience navigating medical, school and social service systems to her job of supporting families. Tammy has been a volunteer coach and mentor for the Special Olympics Vermont Chittenden program for the past 10 years.
