Jeff Bennett is an experienced finance professional with extensive global expertise in the debt capital markets, focusing on leveraged and acquisition finance through various senior roles in New York, London and Hong Kong. Throughout his career, he has advised boards and management teams on optimizing and executing capital structures with creative, holistic financial solutions in relation to organic growth, acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, recapitalizations and restructurings.
Prior to founding Caspian Capital Solutions in 2024, Jeff spent over 35 years as an investment banker working for some of the largest, most sophisticated global financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, HSBC and MUFG Bank. He has successfully designed and implemented strategies to develop and grow businesses facing a variety of challenges and opportunities, demonstrating his strong track record of building franchises, leading teams, managing risk and developing trusted advisor relationships with CEOs and CFOs.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hamilton College and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
