The ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Grossman School of Business was pleased to welcome Master of Accountancy (MAcc) alumni, current MAcc students, future MAcc students, friends of ¶¶Òõ̽̽ accounting, as well as students of the Grossman School’s Sustainable Innovation MBA to celebrate 15 years of success of the MAcc program and inspire the next 15 to come.

The annual Accounting Career Fair at Grossman School kicked off the three-day event with the chance for alumni from accounting firms to connect with students interested in accounting internships and careers.

Participants engaged with old friends, made new friends, met with students, recruited students, mentored students, visited faculty, and heard from speakers representing prominent industry organizations, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and the Financial Accounting Standards Board.

The Alumni Panel addresses the MAcc 15th Celebration audience.

A panel of MAcc alumni featuring Jessica Taylor (G’11), Alicia Norris (G’12), Chris Juaire (G’14), Kait LaGue Hoffman (G’16), and Ethan Smith (G’18) shared their experiences with attendees.

As an accountant, I found the event energizing. It was great to hear from prominent speakers, visit with alumni, and promote our amazing MAcc program. It made me proud to be a part of the program! I look forward to connecting with more alumni and welcoming more students into the program. A big thanks to all those who joined us at the MAcc 15-Year Celebration!
