Larry Williams '82

Larry Williams

Larry Williams is a founder and principal of Redstone Commercial Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm located in Burlington, Vermont.   

Larry began his real estate career after graduating from ¶¶Òõ̽̽ when he began working for a local developer redeveloping historic buildings on Burlington’s waterfront. In 1990, Larry and a partner formed Redstone which, at that time, focused on commercial brokerage and distressed acquisitions.  The Company has since undertaken a wide variety of redevelopment and ground-up development projects including industrial, commercial, residential and hospitality.  The Company is currently focused on the hospitality sector, the acquisition of industrial properties throughout New England, and the active management of its portfolio.   

Mr. Williams has served on a variety of community/non-profit boards including Mobius/Mentor VT, University of Vermont College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences Advisory Council, the Vermont Business Roundtable and ECHO Leahy Center for Lake Champlain. Mr. Williams is also an investor and advisor to numerous start-up businesses including Dedalus Wine Group, Four Quarters Brewing, Halyard Brewing and Leaf Labs.  Larry resides with his wife Leslie in Colchester, VT and spends his winters skiing Alta powder.

As Head of Technology for C&W Services, Jodi is responsible for the technology business partnership, strategy, and solution management for C&W Services. Jodi leads a team that designs and supports a tailored range of technological offerings to better C&W Services’ internal operations and extend improved capabilities to our clients. She drives digitally-enabled, scalable solutions that level up the quality of our services. Under Jodi’s leadership, C&W Services has undertaken cutting-edge digital initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the organization’s technological landscape.

With over 20 years of experience leading operational, process, and digital transformation, Jodi is an expert in optimal user experience and integrated technology ecosystems for large, multi-national, complex organizations. She is a team builder who is passionate about strategically developing talent through meaningful growth opportunities.

People are at the core of her tech strategy. Jodi is accomplished in leading transitions that improve productivity and service delivery with careful attention to real-life concerns and uses. She values data-enabled systems that offer insights for our business and clients.

Jodi has been with our parent company, Cushman & Wakefield, since 2017. She has served as Head of Technology for C&W Services since 2022. Her role recently expanded to include leading Technology Governance & Delivery for Cushman & Wakefield globally. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she implemented several people and HR management technologies at JLL. A seasoned technology leader, Jodi’s keen insights help us find the best technology solutions for every part of our business, improving client outcomes and satisfaction.

Jodi has a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Management Information Systems, from ¶¶Òõ̽̽. She is based in the South Shore of Massachusetts with her husband (also a ¶¶Òõ̽̽ alum) and 3 children. 

Adam Lewis '00

Adam has 25 years of experience in investment banking, executive financial management and private equity. Adam joined DH Capital, which is now part of Citizens Bank, in 2007 and has advised digital infrastructure companies and investors on over 125 transactions representing over $45 billion in aggregate value including the $15 billion sale of CyrusOne to KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners, $1.9 billion sale of Odata to Aligned Data Centers, $1.5 billion recapitalization of Databank led by Swiss Life Asset Management, $2.0 billion sale of Ascenty to Digital Realty, $1.4 billion acquisition of zColo by Databank, and $1.3 billion sale of Vantage to Digital Bridge.  

Prior to joining DH Capital, Adam was Vice President of Finance at InfoHighway Communications where he was involved in the structuring and execution of highly strategic transactions that culminated in the successful exit to Broadview Networks in 2007.  Prior to joining InfoHighway, Adam was an Analyst at VSS, a media and communications focused merchant bank with $4 billion of committed capital.  Adam is a cum laude graduate of ¶¶Òõ̽̽ and currently serves on the board of directors of Photronics, Inc (Nasdaq: PLAB).

Julia Grismore ’22

Julia Grismore

Julia Grismore is a 2022 graduate of the Grossman School of Business at ¶¶Òõ̽̽, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance, along with a theme in Entrepreneurship. During her time at ¶¶Òõ̽̽, she was a Teaching Assistant for Dr. DeWitt and Dr. Cats-Baril, and she served on the organizing committee for the Schlesinger Global Family Enterprise Case Competition for three years.

Julia began her career at DLC Management Corporation, a leading owner/operator of open-air retail properties, as a Legal and Transactions intern. Her work involved legal research, due diligence for dispositions, and lease document preparation. She continued working part-time with DLC during her senior spring semester, taking on greater responsibilities in these areas.  Upon graduating, Julia relocated from her home state of Vermont to Westchester County, NY, to join DLC full-time as a Legal Assistant and soon thereafter was promoted to Paralegal, expanding her role within the department and taking on more complex lease negotiations and legal documentation.

In 2024, Julia transitioned to her current role as a Business Intelligence Project Manager, where she focuses on optimizing DLC’s systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance data utilization.
