Calling Lake Champlain Home

Natural resources major Jordan Rowell paddled the 120-mile length of the lake, interviewing people along the way and examining our relationship with natural resources in the face of a changing climate. Together with a videographer friend, Jordan created the documentary “No Other Lake.”

A Force in Forestry

Mariah Choiniere is tackling agroforestry challenges like climate change and food security. She was among a select group of students nationwide to become a Truman Scholar, demonstrating outstanding leadership potential, a commitment to a career in government or nonprofits, and academic excellence.
