Do my transcript or test scores need to be in by the application date?

Required materials such as official transcripts, official standardized test results from the testing agency (if you are applying with testing), and letters of recommendation can follow shortly after the deadline and are not required to be received by the application deadline. Only the application needs to be submitted by the stated application date. Students should complete their application by the completion deadline.  as applications completed after this date are not guaranteed a decision by the posted decision release date.

I submitted my application several days ago and my counselor sent my transcript but my application status is still incomplete. Should I send another transcript?

How do I send in my official transcripts?
Body

All high school grade reports or transcripts for student applicants must be sent directly from the student's high school to be considered "official". High schools that have software supporting the Common Application or Coalition Application forms may submit official documents electronically or the high school can send them via regular mail or another courier service (we are not able to accept emailed or faxed transcripts).

College transcripts must be sent directly from the College or University attended. These can be mailed (address below) or sent electronically from the Registrar's Office to: collegetranscriptsubmission@uvm.edu

How do I send my SAT or ACT scores?

¶¶Òõ̽̽ is test optional for first-year applicants through Fall of 2023 (scores are not required for transfer applicants). In order for scores to be considered official, students must submit scores to ¶¶Òõ̽̽ directly from the testing agency. ¶¶Òõ̽̽ 's SAT code is 3920 and ¶¶Òõ̽̽'s ACT code is 4322. We are not able to accept scores that are printed on a high school transcript. 

Should I submit my first-term grades?

¶¶Òõ̽̽ does accept first-quarter and/or mid-semester grades.

Please have your high school guidance or college counseling office send updated grades as they become available. We are able to accept these grades via electronic submission (i.e. through Naviance/Common App) or via postal mail.

When will I hear about scholarships?

When will I know if I've been invited to join the Honors College?
Body

Students invited to join the Honors College typically receive their invitation within three weeks of their letter of admission. All final honors invitations will be sent out by mid-March.

How do I apply for financial aid?

¶¶Òõ̽̽ requires a student to complete only the in order to be considered for financial aid. The CSS profile is not required nor reviewed by ¶¶Òõ̽̽. ¶¶Òõ̽̽'s federal school code to include on your FAFSA is 003696.
