Publicity was minimal, but the Fleming auditorium was full to capacity and then some to hear Irving read from a work in progress.

<img src="http://www.uvm.edu/~uvmpr/images/features/saxe_300x212.jpg" height="212" width="300" />When Jordan Saxe '02, director of the Americas for the NASDAQ Stock Market, meets with a CEO of a major corporation, he's got an hour tops to convince them why they should be listed with NASDAQ instead of another global exchange. The pressure would seem overwhelming, especially for someone barely out of their 20s. Yet Saxe seems to thrive on it.

As president of the SGA, Mensah was among the platform party for the convocation ceremony opening the academic year. As for that other ceremony happening in May and what's next for him, Mensah smiles and says, "Seniors hate that question. We do, we do. Every senior is thinking, '<em>Please</em> don't ask that question.'"</p>
