<p>A $500,000 gift from Sodexo, the dining services contractor at ¶¶Òõ̽̽, will enable expanded food systems research and education, a growing area of interest among ¶¶Òõ̽̽ faculty and students. The contribution of $100,000 per year over the next five years will be shared between the campus-wideÌý<a href="http://www.uvm.edu/foodsystems/">Food Systems Initiative</a>Ìýand theÌý<a href="http://www.uvm.edu/foodsystemsprogram/">Food Systems Graduate Program</a>.</p>
