Staffline is a regularly recurring e-newsletter for ¶¶Òõ̽̽ staff. Produced by the Staff Council office, it serves as the main communication tool for the Council, distributing information about both Staff Council activities and notable events, resources, and opportunities on campus.

Submission Guidelines
Body
The preferred method to submit your text is either in the body of an email or in a .doc or .docx file. Please include a photo in jpg, jpeg, or png format (any good-quality size is okay; we'll resize it) and email both the text and image to staff.council@uvm.edu no later than one week before publication.
Please refer to past issues of Staffline for an idea of length. We can accommodate various word counts, but we reserve the right to edit for clarity and succinctness.
Newsletter Timing Throughout the Year

Staffline is released twice monthly from August - June around the first business day of each month, and at the midpoint of the month. In July there is only one issue, at the midpoint of the month.
