Forestry has a long history at ¶¶Òõ̽̽ beginning with the first forestry courses in 1888. The Forestry program is for those who are passionate about conserving and managing forest ecosystems for current and future generations. Forestry students receive an education in ecologically responsible forestry that emphasizes landscapes of the northeastern United States, while also stressing global context and change.
