The Instrumentation and Technical Services (ITS) department at ¶¶Òõ̽̽ serves as the academic umbrella organization for two groups that provide technology services to the ¶¶Òõ̽̽ community, other academic institutions, healthcare providers, businesses, government, and Vermont emerging technology companies:
As a department within ¶¶Òõ̽̽’s , ITS supports the University’s research, educational, and outreach missions. ITS oversees the activities of IMFLabs and TSP while leveraging shared support personnel, executive staff, and facilities.
With a mission to provide quality, cost-effective technology services, ITS departments provide prototypes, comprehensive healthcare management services, responsive technology support, and specialized education to clients.

TSP provides customizable and comprehensive healthcare technology management services, as well as comprehensive management and maintenance of biomedical and lab equipment.
