David is the Coordinator of Student Veteran Services for ¶¶Òõ̽̽. He is a U.S. Marine Corps Combat Veteran and a former student Veteran at CCV who transferred to complete his degree at ¶¶Òõ̽̽ using the GI Bill®. His primary focus is managing the overall VA student experience at ¶¶Òõ̽̽ and ensuring the consistency of the Student Veteran Services office.

As a Student Veteran Specialist, Rachel is a VA School Certifying Official. Rachel brings years of experience in higher education and records management to assist ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Veterans and VA beneficiaries in communicating their enrollment information to the VA.

Cheryl has years of experience in Student Financial Services and focuses on customer service. She is knowledgeable about how VA benefits are applied to ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Student bills. Stop by SFS in the Waterman Building, call, or email Cheryl with questions related to how GI Bill benefits impact financial aid or your bill, including the in-state tuition rate.

Andrew is a Veteran, and brings years of higher education experience to his role primarily supporting Chapter 35 DEA students, and communicating VA enrollment information to the VA.

Submit information by one of the following methods. These are listed in order of preference, from the method that takes the least processing time to the most.

For security of your information, we suggest that students and parents black out all but the last four digits of the SSN if listed on any documents you are sending, except in a case where we are specifically requesting the SSN.

  • Send as an email attachment (PDF) to veterans@uvm.edu (or)
  • Send by fax to 802-656-8230 (or)
  • Securely send PDF documents via ¶¶Òõ̽̽ file transfer (current NetID/password required) at
