Starting with the 2024-2025 academic year, students enrolled in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences (CNHS), Grossman School of Business (GSB), and the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences (CEMS) are charged a $500 per semester program fee.
Students who are approved to internally transfer/double degree into or out of CNHS, GSB, or CEMS may see a delay in how their program of study is displayed in their various academic platforms (my¶¶Òõ̽̽ portal, degree audit, Navigate, etc.).
Based on the time of year in which the major change is approved, your program of study will be effective the following term. This will not impact your ability to register into classes. However, please use the What-If Degree Audit function to review your degree requirements in consultation with an advisor. Once the following term begins, your degree audit will update to reflect your new program.
If the request to update your record is sent to the Office of the Registrar approximately two weeks prior to the start of the semester through the last day of add/drop, your program of study will be updated for current term. Otherwise, it will process effective the following term.
The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Education and Social Services (CESS), College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS), and the Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources (RSENR) are not impacted by this change. In addition, all co-majors, minors, and certificates, regardless of college/school are not impacted.
If you have additional questions about your degree plan or the internal transfer/double degree process, please contact Student Services.
