In previous communications, we shared content and updates surrounding the university’s Comprehensive Inclusive Excellence Action Plan (IEAP). We are very pleased to follow up on those with this announcement that the first Comprehensive IEAP Annual Report is now finalized and available here (pdf).
Our Comprehensive IEAP and subsequent annual reporting on it reflect campus-wide efforts to better enact Our Common Ground across all parts and functions of the university. This first annual update provides a snapshot of the progress made in the first year of the Comprehensive IEAP (Academic Year 2023–2024), listing unit-specific highlights, overarching themes, and other bright spots.
We are so thankful to the University Inclusive Excellence Council for stewarding and documenting so much of what is included in this annual report. So much of the progress outlined in it came from thoughtful, continued partnership across campus, and we remain very grateful to everyone in the ¶¶Òõ̽̽ community who invests in those critical connections.
Once again, thank you for continuing to initiate and sustain the positive changes that we have been so excited to convey here. We will continue compiling annual reports on the Comprehensive IEAP and sharing them in the future.
