Jeannine Valcour has 20 years of experience developing, managing, and evaluating programs in sustainable development. She has an MA in Latin American Studies, an MBA from the University of Arizona, and is a PhD student in the Sustainable Development, Policy, Economics and Governance program at ¶¶Òõ̽̽.
