BIO
C. V. Dolan (they/them/theirs) is a white/Latinx, nonbinary, queer Postdoctoral Researcher at the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment. Recently graduating with their Ph.D. from the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies program at ¶¶Òõ̽̽, their dissertation centered 13 nonbinary BIPOC co-researchers and their freedom dreams for utopias. Acknowledging the necropolitical landscapes in higher education for nonbinary BIPOC, they constructed a conceptual framework that centered refusal as a pivot point toward imagining better worlds and abolition. As a Postdoc, Dolan co-leads the Lived Identity Project, collaborates with ¶¶Òõ̽̽ departments to host programming about institutional demographic data, and serves as a co-PI for the QTPiE research team.
