¶¶Òõ̽̽ Human Resources recently learned that our medical insurance provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont (BCBSVT), encountered an error when processing insurance cards for the 2025 calendar year. As a result, subscribers to this coverage received a card with missing or incorrect pharmacy information. Individuals who made changes to their coverage during Open Enrollment recieved two cards.

¶¶Òõ̽̽’s Benefits team has been in touch with BCBSVT to ensure our employees have access to all the components of their care. We wanted to make sure you are aware of this issue and the steps BCBSVT has taken to remedy it:

  • In the coming weeks, you will receive a new insurance card in the mail. Please dispose of the other insurance card(s) you received from BCBSVT between the end of December and the beginning of January.
  • All pharmacies used by ¶¶Òõ̽̽ employees have been contacted and provided with the correct information. This means that if you need to fill a prescription, your pharmacy will be able to locate the correct insurance information.
