Most appointments can be scheduled online through our secure patient portal, MyWellbeing. If you do not see the appointment type or a time that meets your needs, please call our office.

You can schedule all primary care appointments over the phone.

Telehealth

Some services at Student Health Services and Counseling and Psychiatry Services (CAPS) are available as as telehealth visits. Instead of an in-person appointment, you and your provider will meet virtually over Microsoft Teams. Telehealth is secure, confidential, and helps keep both you and your provider safe by reducing the risk of exposure to COVID-19.

All students are required to sign a telehealth consent form prior to their visit. After you schedule your appointment, you will receive a link to the electronic telehealth consent form for completion.

For medical advice from a triage nurse service, please call 802-656-3350 and follow the phone prompt. This service is available to all current ¶¶Òõ̽̽ students. For questions about appointments, billing, medication refills, vaccines, COVID-19, etc. please call our office at 802-656-3350 during the business hours listed above.

Get started with care

Schedule your first appointment by calling 802-656-3340 or through the health portal. Most students will be able to speak with a counselor within a day of calling. You and the counselor you speak with will work together to determine your next steps with CAPS. This may involve a follow-up appointmentÌý

Call (802) 656-3340 and choose voicemail option #2 to reach an on-call counselor outside of normal business hours.Ìý

Counselors on call are always available to respond to students in crisis, and consult with friends, roommates, faculty, staff, or family members. These calls can be anonymous.
