¶¶Òõ̽̽'s Food Systems Research Summit convened more than 200 food systems professionals this September
Our food systems are under pressure to deliver healthy, affordable, and ethical options that also protect the environment. To meet these challenges, especially in the face of climate change and other disruptions, experts from many fields—from soil science to nutrition—are coming together to find solutions that benefit both people and the planet.Â

FSRC PhD Fellow studies the connection between human health and dairy fat
Victoria Taormina is a Food Systems Research Center PhD Fellow and a PhD student in the Animal and Veterinary Sciences Department. Victoria graduated from ¶¶Òõ̽̽ in 2019 with a bachelor's in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science and now works with Dr. Jana Kraft conducting research focused on dairy fat and human health.
