Camilla joined ¶¶Òõ̽̽ in late 2022. She provides support for Human Resource Operations across the Division of Student Affairs with a focus on recruiting and search. She collaborates with the DOSA Business Management team and department leaders to identify search and full recruiting process needs and provides training and guidance. Camilla is committed to an affirmative hiring process and diversity goals. She has played a pivotal role in the creation and implementation of the new DOSA Search and DOSA Onboarding processes, providing training and support to hiring officials, search chairs, search committees, search support, and the onboarding team. Originally from Italy, she has been a Vermont resident since 2019.
