Accept your admission offer by selecting the "complete your decision response form" on your ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Graduate Application dashboard.

Confirm your enrollment at ¶¶Òõ̽̽ by submitting the $500 nonrefundable acceptance fee online. You are able to do a credit card payment through your student financial tab on your my¶¶Òõ̽̽ portal. You would need to have activated your NetID to have access to the Student Financial Services tab in My¶¶Òõ̽̽ (by completing your decision response form on the application dashboard).  This will allow you to make an electronic payment.  Please note it could take 3-5 days for you to receive your NetID.

Activate your NetID and email after you have been offered admission (and check your ¶¶Òõ̽̽ email regularly). Once your NetID is activated, you will be able to set up your ¶¶Òõ̽̽ email account (where you will receive all official ¶¶Òõ̽̽ correspondence). Follow steps on uvm.edu/account – be sure to have your ¶¶Òõ̽̽ '95' ID available.

DPT program requirements ("mandatories") include immunization and insurance records, healthcare provider training, memberships and background screenings needed to participate in the program. Documenting health records and receiving immunizations takes coordination with your healthcare provider and is best to start now!

All DPT students must demonstrate competency in medical terminology by successfully completing a college medical terminology course with a grade of C+ or better. Students who need to complete this requirement will be notified by email.

If you plan to apply for financial aid, submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at fafsa.ed.gov. Enter our school code (003696) to have your FAFSA sent to ¶¶Òõ̽̽. (Note: You will need to fill out the 2022–2023 FAFSA unless you are still enrolled as an undergraduate, in which case will need to add ¶¶Òõ̽̽ to your existing FAFSA. Billing statements are issued monthly by ¶¶Òõ̽̽. Generally, a student's first bill for each semester will have a specific due date; subsequent bills throughout a semester are due upon receipt. More information, including due dates.
