Staff Roles
- Professor Jeff Marshall is the Associate Dean of Research and Graduate Education in the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences.
- Jane Kimball is a point of contact for non-academic graduate student needs, questions, and concerns. Faculty advisors for PhD and Master’s Thesis students and faculty Graduate Program Directors in each program for other students can assist with curricular and academic questions and concerns.
- Coco Hall provides administrative support, including HR and Payroll issues, for graduate programs in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

The annual Student Research Conference is an opportunity for them to share their research, creative endeavours, and scholarly activity to the broader ¶¶Òõ̽̽ population; all while creating new connections and fostering a community of intellectual curiosity.

Graduate Student Senate: The purpose of the Graduate Student Senate is to cultivate both the academic and nonacademic activities of the graduate student body and enhance all aspects of graduate school life at ¶¶Òõ̽̽. We are a voice for graduate students and act as a liaison between ¶¶Òõ̽̽’s administration, faculty, staff, undergraduate and graduate students.
