The ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Percussion Ensemble was founded in 1983 to introduce students to both the standard literature and the improvisational tradition of percussion instruments.

Students are expectedÌýto prepare a short excerpt, etude, or solo on snare drum, mallets, and/or timpani that reflect the level and experience the student has in each area. ÌýStudents are welcome to use the audition material for the ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Band, or something they have played in the past. ÌýPlease e-mail Prof. Toner if you have any questions.
