The Jeffords East Lower Lot will be available for any employee permit on those days. Lot locations can be found on our interactive campus map. Anyone who needs on-campus ADA accessible parking may continue to access their regular worksite ADA spaces including those in the closed lots. Traffic and parking in Burlington and on the ¶¶Òõ̽̽ campus will be congested on these days. Employees are encouraged to utilize alternative options in lieu of coming to campus.

Bio Research Parking Lot

The newly constructed lot at the Bio Research facility at 665 Spear Street will open August 16th. Employees with a valid parking permit (Brown, White, or Green) may use this lot. Many fleet vehicles will also move to this lot. If you have questions, please consult with your supervisor regarding where your work vehicle will park.

The CATSRide shuttle is available to transport ¶¶Òõ̽̽ employees within a ten-mile radius of campus, including Bio Research. It operates Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Employees can schedule a single trip or regularly recurring ride by contacting CATSRide via email: catsride@uvm.edu or phone: (802) 233-2594 at least 24 business hours before your trip. This service may be useful to employees who take advantage of ¶¶Òõ̽̽’s free bus fares benefit and commute via GMT bus.

Please contact Transportation and Parking Services with any questions regarding these updates via email: parking@uvm.edu or phone: (802)656-8686.
