The Student Government Association currently has a fleet of 8 12-passenger vans and 1 truck. These vehicles are available to be rented by SGA-recognized clubs and ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Departments only.

For the 2024 - 2025 academic year, please contact us at uvmsga@uvm.edu with any questions you may have regarding the cost of renting SGA vehicles.

RSO Travel Information

BEFORE TRAVEL:

ÌýÌýÌý You MUST schedule a key pick-up appointment to get the keys from SGA
ÌýÌýÌý Your event submission MUST be approved
ÌýÌýÌý You MUST fill out the Pre-Trip form, found in the vehicle binder

DURING TRAVEL:

ÌýÌýÌý ONLY ¶¶Òõ̽̽-certified drivers may drive SGA vehicles
ÌýÌýÌý If ANY issues arise, please email uvmsga@uvm.edu and call the necessary individuals as listed in the vehicle binder

AFTER TRAVEL:

ÌýÌýÌý The vehicle MUST return to the SGA parking spots in the Gutterson Garage
ÌýÌýÌý The vehicle MUST return with a full tank of gas
ÌýÌýÌý You MUST remove ALL personal belongings and ALL trash
ÌýÌýÌý You MUST fill out the Post-Trip form, found in the vehicle binder

Driver Certification

In order to rent an SGA van or truck, you must be certified through ¶¶Òõ̽̽’s Department of Risk Management to ensure the safety of yourself, others, and our vans.
