Mohamad Chakaki (he/him) grew up playing in the sand and surf on both sides of the Arabian Peninsula, and then on the edges of eastern forests and city streets in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. His intellectual and professional interests lie where the lines blur between cities and nature, art and science, East and West, and so on.
Mohamad's teaching, coaching, and facilitation focuses on strengthening our internal capacity to meet the complexity and uncertainty of our current social and ecological challenges with a clear-eyed, creative, and compassionate response that connects mind and heart.
