̽̽ IRB Educational Opportunities

In working with investigators, the IRB staff have noticed common areas that tend to delay progress when moving protocols throughout the IRB process. Based on these observations, we have outlined a list of questions for you to consider while working your way through the IRB submission process. The goal is to assist you in ensuring the submission is complete and facilitate a smooth IRB process.

Please utilize the comment functionality within the ̽̽Click system to communicate with your Research Analyst.  Emails outside of the system are not captured within the protocol record and could therefore result in missing information/documentation a regulator would be interested in reviewing during a site visit.  It also helps cross covering personnel to recreate what has occurred with a specific submission.

̽̽Click is scheduled for an upgrade from version 8 to version 9 in December.  For the upgrade, the entire ̽̽Click system comes down and will be unavailable for use beginning 4:30 pm on Thursday December 1, 2022, and continuing Friday Dec 2, Saturday, Dec 3rd, Sunday, Dec 4th, and Monday, Dec 5th.

Additionally Click will be down on November 2, 2022 for 30 minutes for the server maintenance starting at 6:30pm.
