Deadline for submission of full review protocols is four weeks prior to the meeting date (usually the second to last Wednesday of the previous month).

Meetings are on the second Tuesday of the month

Deadline for submission of full review protocols is typically four weeks prior to the meeting date (usually the second Tuesday of the previous month).

Monthly Schedule

• Meeting dates and times are generally the 4th Monday of the month at 3:30 pm. 
• Some meetings are earlier than the 4th Monday due to ¶¶Òõ̽̽ holiday schedule.
• Meetings generally take place remotely.

Veterinarian Review Requirements

• All new protocols must be reviewed by the ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Veterinarian, Ida Washington, D.V.M., Ph.D.
• Protocols need to be submitted through the system by deadline for Veterinarian review listed below.
• IACUC staff will assign a protocol to the Veterinarian for review as soon as it has been received in ¶¶Òõ̽̽Click. If the Veterinarian requires any revisions, those need to be made by the submission deadline for RPO. The deadline for each meeting date is listed below. 
• New protocols will not be considered for IACUC review until the Veterinarian review has been completed.

Monthly Schedule

• Meetings are generally on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 1:30pm unless otherwise noted
• Meetings are generally hybrid.

Biological Review Requirements

• All new Master Protocol Registrations and amendments which add new projects or locations to an existing registration must be reviewed and signed off by the ¶¶Òõ̽̽ Biological Safety Team.
• Investigators should contact the BSO to allow enough time for a meeting and possible site visit to the lab prior to the IBC meeting date.
• Registration materials must be submitted to the IBC Office through ¶¶Òõ̽̽Click.

• Meetings are generally held quarterly on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 3:00pm unless otherwise noted.
