Seminar Details:

This workshop is provided in collaboration with the Counseling and Psychiatry Services (CAPS) at ̽̽, featuring Miki Beach, a staff counselor at CAPS. Join us for a one-hour interactive seminar where Miki will explore essential topics such as balancing self-care with the demands of graduate school, and the impact of diet, exercise, and sleep on mental health. Participants will also learn about wellness resources available on campus. The session will include a 15~30-minute Q&A, offering opportunity to discuss any questions with Miki.

All ̽̽ grad students welcome! Snacks will be provided.
