Seminar Details:

The BilDS Research Discussion is an informal presentation (chalk talk-style) on new projects, new results, and new ideas.

Steve Keller is an associate professor from the department of plant biology, College of Arts and Sciences.  Dr. Keller's research spans the fields of population genetics and evolutionary biology, with a focus on the effects of climate change and biological invasions on genetic diversity. The Keller Lab uses modern genomic tools, quantitative genetics, and ecological field experiments to explore the evolutionary potential of species, particularly forest trees and invasive plants. His work aims to inform conservation and resource management strategies in the face of environmental change.

Daniel Sadler is a postdoctoral researcher at ¶¶Òõ̽̽ studying the population genetics of sea urchins.

All ¶¶Òõ̽̽ grad students welcome! Snacks will be provided.
