Dear students, faculty, and staff,
Following our first Presidential Search Advisory Committee meeting last week, we opened a community-wide survey seeking input to inform our search for ̽̽’s next president. Response to the survey in the first several days has been broad and robust. Thank you!
We are very pleased to also offer opportunities for gathering live input. Next Tuesday, October 15, our partners from Isaacson, Miller will host listening sessions for ̽̽ community members in Memorial Lounge in the Waterman Building. The schedule for sessions is below. All meetings will be hybrid format, though you are strongly encouraged to join in person if possible. Meeting access information will be posted in the “Community Input” section of the Presidential Search website next week.
12:15–1:15 p.m.—Staff members
1:30–2:30 p.m.—Graduate and professional students
2:45–3:45 p.m.—Faculty members
5:30–6:30 p.m.—Undergraduate students
These sessions are a crucial step in assessing the opportunities ahead for the university’s continued success and the strengths we should seek in our next president. Please participate if you are able. Additionally, all community members are welcome and encouraged to use the input survey available here to share your perspective.
Thank you again for your participation in this important process.
Best wishes,
Ron Lumbra
